What to do against bronchitis/asthma?

I have had bronchitis since a month now but its not so bad anymore. I hardly cough at all now but the only problem is that I get these random unpredictable mini asthma attacks and I start coughing and can’t get any air anymore. I’m really scared that that will happen in school one day so please give me any remedies, tips, etc. how I can avoid this happening.

U moet bewust zich van uw omgeving, en bericht zijn als dat meisje naast u een parfum of een bontjasje draagt dat u zouden kunnen veroorzaken - beweging! U moet zorgvuldig zijn, en uw preventief medicijn nemen en uw inhaleertoestellen op u op elk moment houden.
Deze combinatie stuurde me eens naar het ziekenhuis 2 weken. I don' t adviseert het!
